About this product

Harmony and balance.

As a grower champagne producer and vigneron independant, Philippe Dechelle outsource nothing. Philippe only uses the first pressing (cuvée) of the grapes, which means 4,000kg of grapes produces only 106 cases of champagne.

This sparking wine, surprisingly rich and lively, is perfect for celebrating with friends. Made with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, and aged on yeasts for 36 months, it has a straw-yellow color with golden hues, and a fine and persistent perlage. The taste is agile, creamy, and has a long finish.

Visual: Straw-yellow with golden hues. Nose: Rich, mouth-watering notes of red fruits blend with roasted sensations. Flavor: Fresh, silky, and mouth-filling. Harmonious, with a long finish.

Fermentation

Cool fermented and matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 8 months. Bottled in May.

Pairings

Enough finesse to complement light dishes and seafood, with enough depth and complexity to stand up to fried chicken, grilled cheese, or veggie burgers.
