About this product

Vivid, pure, expressive. As a Vigneron Indépendant of grower champagne, Philippe Dechelle outsource nothing. Only the
first pressing (cuvée) is used, meaning 4,000kg of grapes produces only 106 cases of champagne. This cuvée reflects the transparency of the champagnes: 100% sourced from our terroir, our vines, just steps from our estate.

Visual: Brilliant yellow-gold hue. Lively, persistent effervescence. Nose: Expressive and beautifully mature, with notes of yellow fruit and caramel. Hints of pear and almond tart. Flavor: Fresh, elegant, pure. The aromatic palette ranges from white currant, to pear, to pomelos. The finish is underlined by notes of fresh fruit.

Good weather and an early start to the growing season provided healthy, balanced grapes with good acidity levels. These high-quality wines have rich, ripe-fruit flavors and good aging potential.

Fermentation
Cool fermented and matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 8 months. Bottled in May.

Perfect with seafood or fried chicken.
